What Is Armalytix?

Armalytix securely delivers bank statements across multiple banks and accounts, directly from you to us, using open banking technology.   

Why Do We Use It?

It is a fast and simple way to reduce the time you spend on administrative tasks.

We like to think that the Xero bank feeds would get things right 100% of the time, however this is not always the case! Sometimes Xero may miss a statement line or start importing transactions from the wrong point-in-time. In order to check this, it is important that we are able to access your bank statements throughout the year.

As part of preparing your year-end accounts, we do also require a copy of your bank statement to verify the balance. 

What Are The Benefits?

Using open banking technology, and with just a few clicks, Armalytix can:

1. Save Time - Armalytix automatically imports bank statements from multiple accounts at once.
2. Remove Mistakes - Saves endless emails back-and-forth requesting the same bank statement over and over again.
3. Solve Processing - Armalytix requires you to log into your bank, and it takes care of the rest, with no confusing or time-consuming processes.

How Does It Work?

Once we have set you up on Armalytix, you should receive a welcome email where you will be asked to verify your account and add a password.

Depending on the frequency of the bank statement request, usually quarterly, you will be prompted by email to sign in to your Armalytix account and log in to your bank account(s). Make sure to have your online banking information handy!

Once you've logged into your online banking and have confirmed the accounts you wish to upload, you can share the report with us so we can view the bank statements. After that, it's all done - that easy!
